SPARQ Training
Our speed and conditioning academy offers you the opportunity to develop new speed skills and better develop your conditioning to maximize your performance on the field. We offer this through our SPARQ training program
What is SPARQ Training?
SPARQ is dynamic performance training - explosive, athletically-based movements designed to help your athletes get faster, quicker, stronger, and more explosive.
The SPARQ Rating lets you gauge your athlete's progress. It's specific to their sport, and geared to the abilities they need to dominate.
The SPARQ Rating is the first-ever system designed to measure sport-specific athleticism. Created to capture the key aspects of athleticism, these tests are combined and weighted in a unique proprietary formula.
The key value of the SPARQ Rating is that it provides athletes with an invaluable tool for staying motivated, measuring results, focusing training, and maximizing their success on the playing field.
Scott DeWitt is the only SPARQ trainer available south of the Portland area and north of the Sacramento, CA area. Call Scott today to help you with all your SPARQ needs. (541)747-8660
